Cranberry Jam (breadmachine) 紅莓果醬

Ingredients :
1.     1 envelopes Knox gelatin (7g)
2.     ¾ cup orange juice
3.     1¼   cup sugar
4.     2 Tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice
5.     12 ounces of (fresh) cranberries (1 bag) 


Directions :
1. In a bowl - Dissolve gelatin in orange juice.

2.  Add lemon juice, sugar and cranberries.

3.  Put mixture in pan, put pan in machine.


4.   Select Jam cycle. Press start.


Select setting:
1.  When cycle is finished, pour into a sterile pint jar.


2.  Cool on the counter for about 3 hours then refrigerate.


* Store in fridge up to 4 weeks.
