Blueberry Jam (bread machine)藍莓果醬



Blueberry Jam (breadmachine)


Ingredients :
1.     2 envelopes Knox gelatin (14g)
2.     3/4 cup water
3.     1 cup sugar
4.     2 Tbsp reconstituted lemon juice
5.     16 oz. fresh blueberries


Directions :

1.  In a bowl - Dissolve gelatin in water.

2.  Add lemon juice, sugar and blueberries.

3.  Put mixture in pan, put pan in machine.

4.   Select Jam cycle. Press start.

Select setting:1.  When cycle is finished, pour into a sterile pint jar.2.  Cool on the counter for about 3 hours then refrigerate.

* Store in fridge up to 4 weeks.
