自家制薯片(焗爐)Homemade Baked Potato Chips
Ingredients:
1. 4 tablespoons grated low-fat parmesan cheese2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4. 1 lb baking potato, scrubbed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a small bowl; mix cheese, salt and garlic.
4. Slice potatoes thinly and place in a layer on the baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle both sides with the cheese mixture.
6. Bake 10 to 13 minutes.
